Today (5 March 2025), Mr. Sa-nguan Boonmee, Secretary-General of the Election Commission (EC), brought a letter from the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) to discuss the approach to answering the questions that the DSI asked the EC office in 2 questions. The letter stated that the EC Secretary-General or a representative should be sent to answer questions about the interpretation of the law and the implementation of Section 49 of the Organic Act on the EC at the meeting with the Special Case Committee (SCC) on 6 March.
